Songs by Gay American Composers

The Tobenski-Algera Concert Series will be putting on its next concert on Tuesday, June 19 at 7:30 at Elebash Hall in the CUNY Graduate Center.  I will be singing the premiere of the piano accompaniment version of David Del Tredici’s Gay Life, the premiere of Darien Shulman’s Three Poems of Thomas Moore, and works by Chester Biscardi and Roger Zahab.  Rob Frankenberry will be joining me in Gay Life, with David Del Tredici at the piano, and will also sing my And He’ll Be Mine with Marc Peloquin.  The concert is a part of David Del Tredici’s 70th birthday celebrations, a Gay Pride NYC Event, and is being sponsored generously by the CUNY Graduate Center.
